On The Awakened front - Mike and I just broke the plot for the last issue of the first arc and we are very excited! More soon. We should have some pages from #4 early next month. Here's a glimpse at Dean's wonderful layouts!

And we should have some big news/reveals about our other Zestworld project very soon! Stay tuned on that front. IT RHYMES WITH THE WINKS. 

It’s been a huge week or so for Secret Identity, with my comic book noir novel hitting “Best of the Year” lists all over the place - including NPR, Kirkus, Booklist, Buzzfeed’s Holiday Gift Guide, The South Florida Sun Sentinel, Gizmodo/io9, BOLO Books, Crime Reads (a few times!), LitReactor, Novel Suspects, Writer’s Bone, and more. I just want to thank all the readers for their amazing support. I can’t believe this novel is still resonating with people and it truly amazes me. Excited to reveal more about the next book in the series - Alter Ego - very soon. Some other quick news hits!

I’m co-writing a sci-fi novel with my pal and Blood Oath collaborator, Rob Hart! It's called Dark Space, and the high concept is Star Trek meets John le Carré. Hope that gets you jazzed!

I've got a Question/Renee Montoya story in January's Lazarus Planet: Legends Reborn #1 from DC, with superstar artist Clayton Henry! I've been wanting to work with Clayton since, well, forever - and he really outdoes himself on this one. You can see a few snippets from the story over at Clayton's relaunched Instagram.
